Central Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Central Data Management Specialist to join our team in Memphis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all administrative functions and data management activities.
The Position: This role involves direct responsibility for all Memphis administrative functions and data management activities, including operations-related data entry, order analyst, control product order entry and release, reception, file management, logistics clerical functions, accounts payable, and DEA-related clerical functions.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews paperwork and confirms that all information is clear, complete, and accurate.
- Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
- Maintains accurate records of 222 forms and purchase orders.
- Reviews records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness; prepares activity reports for the guidance of management.
- Coordinates administrative activities within all departments, develops and fosters relationships with outside vendors. Prepares and coordinates visits to the Memphis site.
- Processes receipts and releases in the business system and updates the appropriate logs.
- Creates reports for receipt verifications and check stocks.
- Maintains adequate stock of office supplies.
- Processes Inventory adjustments.
- Answers and directs calls from clients.
- Greets guests and provides access to the building.
Essential Functions:
- Completion of import/export forms for clients.
- Adheres to all formal standard operating procedures related to operations.
- Ensures timely release of client orders.
- Understands the receipt process.
- Understands the controlled substance process.
- Understands the OS&D and Call Tag Process.
- Provides monthly inventory information to the appropriate areas.
- Completion of both inbound and outbound DEA Forms 222.
- Ability to formulate emails to DLSS staff as a means of communication.
- Supports projects as assigned.
- Performs all tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
- Ability to review paperwork and confirm the clarity, completion, and accuracy of all documents.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
- Prior experience in a distribution environment preferred.
- Good verbal and written skills are required.
- Basic math skills are required, but a calculator may be used.
- Good attendance and ability to follow instructions without deviation are also required.

- Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to efficiently use IT hardware, software, and peripherals as it pertains to the performance of daily tasks.
Additional Information:
- Starting pay: $17.25 per hour.

Mandated Uniform: khaki-colored pants, close-toed shoes, and a business casual shirt. Leggings, yoga pants, or any form-fitting stretch pants are not permitted. Shoes should be sturdy and provide full coverage, ensuring no skin or socks are visible through the shoe material. Once the probationary period has concluded (60 days), employees receive an allotment to receive customized EVERSANA uniforms.
