- Execute timely and precise preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical equipment to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Comply with company policies and healthcare protocols to meet regulatory standards; maintain thorough documentation of all services performed, including parts requisition.

Qualifications
- An Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, military training, or completion of the GE HealthCare Biomedical or Field Engineer Services Internship; OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in servicing electronic equipment.
- A valid Driver's License is required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.

Preferred Skills
- Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull weights up to 35 lbs unassisted, along with the ability to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, or crawl as necessary.
- Availability for after-hours support and participation in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
