Requirements:

* San Antonio local or willing to relocate
* Part 107 qualified
* 5+ years piloting drones
* 5+ years of experience in TAK family of systems (ATAK, WinTAK, TAK Server)
* 5+ years of experience with Government/DoD
* Excellent problem-solving abilities with ability to operate independently while improving current processes
* Ability to travel up to 50%

Additional Preferred Experience:

* Network certification (within last 5 years)
* Understanding of software development life cycle
* Software tool experience - JIRA, Confluence, Git
* Proficient in Linux
* Experience in the robotics, aerospace, or defense industries
* Active DoD security clearance

Compensation: $70,000-160,000

The salary range for this position is an estimate that considers various compensation factors. The actual salary offer may differ based on factors such as work experience, education, training, critical skills, and business needs. Most full-time offers also include equity grants, which are a component of Darkhive's total compensation package but do not substitute for base compensation and benefits.
