We are seeking an Administrative Assistant-Compliance for a full-time position at Raven Ridge, offering a salary of $45,000-$50,000 and an excellent benefits package. This role is ideal for someone with experience as an Administrative Assistant or Legal Admin seeking a stable company with a strong reputation.

  • Coordinate the annual CLE compliance reporting process as part of the attorney license renewal process.
  • Prepare NHMCLE messaging to membership in preparation for annual license renewal and reminders.
  • Administer the NHMCLE Attorney Reporting Tool (ART).
  • Assist NH attorneys with NHMCLE compliance.
  • Collaborate with Registrar to assist NH attorneys with continuing legal education requirements as dictated by NH Supreme Court Rule 53.
  • Communicate with NH Supreme Court clerks regarding requests for information, member compliance, and member updates.
  • Coordinate annual NHMCLE audits.
  • Prepare and distribute new member communications and materials regarding NHMCLE rules and requirements.
  • Coordinate and prepare agenda and documentation for NHMCLE Board and committee meetings, and produce timely meeting minutes after each meeting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Annual CLE Compliance Reporting: Coordinate the annual CLE compliance reporting process as part of the attorney license renewal process.
  2. NHMCLE Messaging: Prepare NHMCLE messaging to membership in preparation for annual license renewal and reminders.
  3. Administering NHMCLE ART: Administer the NHMCLE Attorney Reporting Tool (ART).
  4. Assistant NH Attorneys: Assist NH attorneys with NHMCLE compliance.
