Financial Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Associate. This is a part-time role with 12-20 hours per week, and the successful candidate will be required to work during standard business hours.
The Accounting Associate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank and account reconciliations, and financial record maintenance. They will also be required to perform data entry and administrative duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, previous experience in an accounting or finance role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$22 per hour, flexible working schedule, and the opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow within the company.
Key Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
About the Role:
This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be required to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures and perform data entry and administrative duties as needed.
