About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operations Manager to join our team at Kellanova Co. in Rome, GA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for executing projects that drive business growth, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short and long-term cost savings strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results in production, delivery, quality, cost, safety, and morale performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Minimum High School diploma/GED with significant experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with leading and applying lean principles in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and utilize the servant leadership approach while coaching, developing, and motivating others.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiating, and decision-making skills with the proven ability to manage complex situations.
  • Proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
