Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve established business production targets and objectives.
  • Generate new business through telephone outreach, networking, and various lead sources.
  • Effectively manage and follow up on provided leads.
  • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Request referrals from each customer interaction.
  • Utilize each customer contact as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, including financial products.

Qualifications

  • A genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
  • A positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain a positive team spirit.
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license.
