We are seeking a Full-Time Adult Day Treatment Group Therapist to join our Sartell, MN clinic. This role will involve providing services within the Adult Day Treatment program, which offers an intensive group psychotherapy experience to help reduce the effects of mental illness and empower clients to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate ADT groups, including crisis management services as needed
  • Complete Progress Notes, Individual Treatment Plans, Functional Assessments, LOCUS, and Discharge Plans under supervision
  • Provide oversight to clients during breaks, contact no-show clients, and consult with ADT Supervisor when necessary
  • Attend clinical staff meetings, consult with outside providers, and update the MN Mental Health Access Website
  • Collaborate with Adjunct Facilitators and complete all paperwork in a timely fashion

Group Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9am-noon OR Monday-Friday 1pm-4pm
