Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our Adult OCD Program team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals struggling with OCD and related disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patients' specific needs and goals.
  • Assess patients' needs through comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide counseling and support to patients, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.
  • Educate patients about their mental health and/or substance use condition, self-care strategies, and treatment options.
  • Document patient progress and maintain detailed records of therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in healthcare and psychiatric settings, preferably with a focus on OCD and related disorders.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in the state of employment.
  • American Heart Association CPR certification and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) training.
