Job Summary

Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. is a team of mental health professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to individuals in need. We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team in our Sartell, MN clinic.

Job Duties
  • Facilitate group psychotherapy sessions for adult clients, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for them to share their experiences and work through challenges.
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans, working closely with clients to set and achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Provide crisis management services as needed, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate situations.
  • Document client progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings and consultations to stay informed about client progress and receive feedback on treatment approaches.
  • Consult with outside providers and update them on client status or progress, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with other adjunct facilitators to provide a cohesive and supportive treatment environment.
  • Complete all paperwork in a timely fashion, adhering to company deadlines and expectations.
  • Perform additional tasks as specified by the ADT Supervisor or ADT Program Director.
Group Schedule

Monday-Friday, 9am-noon or 1pm-4pm, with flexibility to accommodate client needs and schedule changes.
