Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our Integrated Behavioral Health team at CentraCare-Southway Clinic. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide diagnostic, psychological, or biopsychosocial evaluation and execute therapeutic treatment toward defined goals for patients and families across a life span.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic, psychological, or biopsychosocial evaluation and execute therapeutic treatment toward defined goals for patients and families across a life span.
  • Implement the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model of care, including triaging urgent needs from community members and providing intervention in same day crisis situations.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to provide comprehensive care to patients and families.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related Human Services field required.
  • State of Minnesota licensure required, need to have one of the following: Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • Minimum of one-year experience required.
