Job Summary:
TalentBridge is seeking a skilled Reimbursement Specialist to join our team. As a Reimbursement Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and reviewing patient insurance benefit information, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining frequent phone contact with assigned payers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and review patient insurance benefit information from payers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal team members and payers.
- Maintain frequent phone contact with assigned payers.
- Report reimbursement trends and delays to supervisors.
- Coordinate with inter-departmental associates as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in a specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, or healthcare setting.
- Experience in an outbound call center environment.
- Ability to work from home and meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Proficient in MS Office.
