Position Overview:
The Logistics Operative plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, boosting company profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately and safely managing the receipt and storage of materials, as well as the preparation of orders for delivery and pickup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pulling, filling, packing, and organizing orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Maintaining awareness of order status at all times.
  • Receiving shipments, logging them into inventory, and conducting regular inventory audits.
  • Reporting any quality or inventory discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
  • Fostering positive communication with supervisors, sales staff, colleagues, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
  • Safely operating a forklift, maintaining required certifications, and performing vehicle safety checks while reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Processing returns with accuracy.
  • Adhering to established policies and safety guidelines in a drug-free workplace.
  • Presenting a professional appearance at all times.
  • Contributing to the security of the facility.
  • Maintaining proficiency in computerized systems and other required technologies.
  • Following company policies and procedures.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
