Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver - Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will work directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage community participation and engagement in favorite activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
