Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement process for IT-related projects, including development and execution of sourcing strategies and solicitation documents.
  • Research and analyze industry best practices, procurement methods, and current contracts to inform procurement decisions.
  • Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on procurement methods and strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop statements of work and supporting documents for procurement solicitations.
  • Develop and maintain procurement best practice documents and templates.
Performance Metrics
  • Complete assignments professionally and in accordance with established project timelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including timely and accurate information, and positive interactions.
  • Implement procurement strategies, goals, and objectives in alignment with company initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve problems within established limits of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and procurement software.

Working Conditions

This is a hybrid position requiring on-site attendance in a downtown area 2-3 days per week.
