**About the Job**

We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Everence Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Process transactions, open new accounts, and perform other banking activities as required.
  3. Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

Requirements

  • A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic understanding of credit union operations and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
