Full-Time Enrollment Sales Leader

The Brave Thinking Institute is on the lookout for a dedicated Enrollment Sales Leader to collaborate closely with our exceptional Sales Director in managing our vibrant and dynamic Enrollment Department. This role is pivotal in a remarkable and innovative personal development organization led by a savvy female entrepreneur. Role Summary

We seek a dynamic, heart-centered, results-oriented individual who is passionate about sales and personal growth. Experience Requirements

5+ years of experience in Sales Development.

5+ years of experience in Business and Leadership.

5+ years of experience in Personal Development.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education / Experience / Background

■ Access to high-speed internet, a dedicated workspace free from distractions, and the ability to fulfill all role requirements while working remotely.

■ Proficiency with technology and a quick learner of new software and systems.

■ Familiarity with Asana Task Management System (or similar) and the ability to learn swiftly.

■ Competence in Google Apps - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive.

■ Experience with communication tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Slack.

■ Knowledge of Zoho CRM.

Work Environment

■ Preference for remote work in a heart-centered, soul-driven atmosphere.

■ Availability for regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (minimum 40+ hours per week required) or weekend shifts as needed.

■ Willingness to work on weekends during personal development events, which you will have the opportunity to attend and sell at, creating a true "win-win" scenario.

Compensation: Full-Time, with potential earnings of 100K in commissions annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k.
