Position Overview

Salary: $17 per hour

Cat5 Commerce is in search of enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Warehouse Associate in our dynamic work environment. This is a full-time opportunity with a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility for occasional overtime, holiday, and weekend shifts may be necessary.

Role Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate is tasked with accurately fulfilling customer orders while adhering to Cat5's standards for productivity, quality, and precision. The inventory primarily includes footwear, apparel, accessories, and various equipment.

Each team member is dedicated to Cat5's mission of providing an exceptional experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who thrives in a lively team atmosphere, demonstrating a positive attitude and efficiency in their work.

Key Duties Include:
  • Efficiently hand-picking merchandise to fulfill a high volume of orders
  • Packaging orders accurately using the appropriate materials
  • Assisting in loading delivery vehicles with a pallet jack
  • Receiving new merchandise and organizing inventory
  • Meeting individual and team performance goals
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Commitment to safety protocols
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work overtime and/or holidays as needed
  • Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to use handheld scanners and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
  • Physical capability to lift and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
  • Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus
Physical Requirements

Warehouse Associates are frequently required to stand, walk, reach, climb, and bend. Vision requirements include the ability to see close and distant objects. The role involves using hands for data entry and handling objects, as well as operating standard warehouse equipment.

Associates must be able to lift, carry, and operate various equipment safely. Exposure to varying temperatures and conditions may occur.
