Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative to work on a Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm schedule, with occasional Saturday hours as required. This role is not part of a call center environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing shipments and managing warehouse inventory
  • Maintaining positive customer relations
  • Providing assistance in the warehouse as necessary

This position offers a starting hourly wage of $21.00.

Qualifications:

  • Strong character and integrity
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic Excel
  • Familiarity with Excalibur and SAP systems
  • Experience in directing lift truck operators for outbound shipments
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous office experience, including professional phone and email communication
  • Warehouse experience is preferred
  • Experience with Bill of Lading handling is a plus
