We are seeking a qualified Client Support Specialist for a Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm schedule, with occasional Saturday hours as required. This role is distinct from a call center environment and encompasses various responsibilities including processing shipments, managing warehouse inventory, fostering customer relationships, and providing assistance in the warehouse when necessary. The starting hourly wage for this position is $21.00.

Qualifications Required:
- Strong character and integrity
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills
- Familiarity with Excalibur
- Understanding of SAP
- Experience in directing lift truck operators for outbound shipments
- Able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in an office setting, including professional phone and email communication
- Warehouse experience is preferred
- Experience with Bill of Lading handling is preferred
