Role Summary:
The Branded Technology Territory Manager is responsible for driving demand and enhancing sales as the designated 'Product Champion'. This role serves as the primary liaison for field sales personnel concerning all Branded Products, including Actives, Adjuvants, Nutrition, and Organic offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product sales support materials in collaboration with the Branded Products and Strategic Marketing teams.
- Adhere to corporate strategies and brand guidelines.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage a Sales Portfolio effectively and implement a structured Business Plan.
- Utilize your sales experience to provide insights on product forecasts and pricing strategies.
- Leverage your agronomic expertise to scout crops and offer recommendations.

Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Strong leadership capabilities to represent the region on the Branded Products Team.
- Proven ability to set direction for regional forecasting processes.
- Excellent coaching and motivational skills for sales teams.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
- Creative and critical thinking skills to initiate ideas for new branded products in partnership with Product Development.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary for this position ranges from $98,800 to $128,400 annually, commensurate with experience and location. Additional benefits include a company vehicle, vacation, health insurance, dental and vision coverage, mental health support, retirement plans, and more.
