Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Center Agent at Wise Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue sales leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain and communicate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to customers, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Lead Management: Gather and track customer data, accurately entering it into our database and CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales and management, to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving customer issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of our products and services, with the ability to communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in basic math and writing skills, with the ability to accurately enter customer data into our database and CRM system.
