Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and direction to the manufacturing and maintenance teams, ensuring that they are working effectively to meet plant objectives.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed, and that the plant is in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage department budgets, ensuring that expenses are controlled and that financial goals are met.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in leading activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to maintain high level of confidentiality, excellent interpersonal skills, complex problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
