Job Overview
We are looking for an Infrastructure Project Support Specialist to join our team in Kapolei, Hawaii.
The Infrastructure Project Support Specialist facilitates support activities for projects/programs within an assigned Region or Division and assists the Project Manager in managing onsite resources and logistics. The Infrastructure Project Support Specialist will fully understand major H&M business components and implications.
The Infrastructure Project Support Specialist ensures compliance with the Henkels & McCoy established Project Management Methodology and upholds H&M safety and quality management protocols.
Responsibilities
- The Infrastructure Project Support Specialist is actively engaged in the management of the overall project life-cycle and provides timely reporting and contract related documents to management and stakeholders.
- The Infrastructure Project Support Specialist will aid in ensuring that team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy. The ideal candidate will lead by example in an environment that fosters trust and candor, will maintain personal accountability, and will communicate assertively and constructively.
- Other responsibilities include making recommendations regarding improvements to process enhancements.
Qualifications
- General office administration experience
- Experienced in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Exposure to construction or utility field office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enrollment in H&M PMO training
- Moderately complex problem-solving skills
Salary and Benefits
The annual salary for this position is between $47,600 and $71,400. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in our benefit plan, which includes:
