Electronics Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing plant equipment to ensure peak performance.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience troubleshooting electronic controls in a manufacturing environment. A strong knowledge of electronics and the ability to read and interpret schematics and programs is essential.
**Responsibilities:**
- Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment by checking voltages, replacing faulty components, and adjusting cameras and software.
- Program and optimize PLCs, CNCs, servo systems, and AC motion controls to resolve electronic faults and machine failures.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and services to ensure machines are running at peak performance.
- Quickly identify and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
- Review blueprints, mitigate electrical hazards, and test electrical systems using tools such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ohmmeters to ensure functionality.
**Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year
