Electronics Maintenance Specialist

Maintaining critical equipment is a top priority in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. As an Electronics Maintenance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring machinery is safe, reliable, and optimized for peak performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. This involves working with PLCs, CNCs, servo systems, and AC motion controls, as well as conducting preventive maintenance and addressing machine breakdowns.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong knowledge of electronics and the ability to read and interpret schematics and programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment by checking voltages, replacing faulty components, and adjusting cameras and software.
- Program and optimize PLCs, CNCs, servo systems, and AC motion controls to resolve electronic faults and machine failures.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and services to ensure machines are running at peak performance.
- Quickly identify and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
- Review blueprints, mitigate electrical hazards, and test electrical systems using tools such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ohmmeters to ensure functionality.
