Your Role

As a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis, you will collaborate closely with the FP&A team to deliver comprehensive analyses in financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and additional quantitative assessments to support the FP&A team and divisional leaders throughout the organization.

This position is remote and will be aligned with Lovesac's corporate operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the FP&A team in planning and forecasting, collaborating across various departments to identify key revenue opportunities and primary cost drivers for the next five years.
  • Developing intricate financial and analytical models to project and evaluate revenue performance, sales and marketing efficiencies, and pricing strategies.
  • Conducting various financial analyses that yield data-driven insights to facilitate business outcomes that propel our growth trajectory, including participation in the monthly and quarterly closing processes.
  • Validating external reporting data and analyses, including earnings releases and related documents.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments during the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes.
  • Performing any other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree and foundational accounting knowledge are required.

Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of FP&A experience, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel modeling.

Successful candidates will demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic business environment.

Key attributes include the ability to prioritize tasks with urgency, process information to resolve issues, anticipate challenges, and make informed decisions based on various scenarios.

Willingness to travel as necessary for meetings and conferences is essential.
