We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Executive to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring the success of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite, credit monitor, and manage specialized banking relationships to achieve efficient processes and products, retain and expand existing client relationships, grow total client assets, and increase net growth in relationships. Analyze financial data to determine the merits of loan requests, recommend structures, collect financial statements, and identify cross-selling/referring opportunities of other deposits services.


  • Manage loans and deposits, fee income, and referrals of business.
  • Ensure portfolio administration and risk management of each client relationship aligns with established credit policies, procedures, and business strategies, as well as regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to co-manage relationships, analyze financial data to determine the merits of specific loan requests, and recommend structures while aggressively managing client relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between the Credit Department, Commercial support staff, and other internal business partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Train and develop junior portfolio managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent related experience. Required
  • 4-7 years of commercial/corporate/commercial real estate/specialized banking and/or credit approval experience. Required
  • 4-7 years of extensive experience handling complex credits. Required
  • 2-4 years of sales experience. Preferred
  • 2-4 years of formal credit training. Preferred

Licenses and Certifications
  • CFA-Charted Financial Analyst. Preferred
  • Access to reliable transportation and ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable. Required
