Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with professional and personal tasks including booking appointments, research projects, coordinating travel, ordering supplies, and managing calendars.
- Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, distribute action items, arrange catering, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Expense Reports: Review and assist in preparing expense reports for managerial personnel by analyzing information, reconciling receipts, and supporting documentation.
- Communication: Prepare documents, letters, presentations, and other materials for internal distribution, type and spell-check documents, create graphs and displays, and act as liaison for communication-related questions.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, one plus year of experience in a C-suite setting; prior administrative experience in Real Estate or Property Management background preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Travel: Travel will be required, averaging 25% - 50% depending on events and needs.
Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
