Nurse Care Specialist Seattle

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The successful candidate will provide nursing care to a defined group of patients on an on-call basis, adhering to Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington ambulatory Nursing Care Standards and the Nursing Code of Ethics.
About the JobThis role is perfect for a skilled nurse who wants to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As a RN Float Clinic, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including clinics and hospitals. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients on an on-call basis
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
- Communicate with patients and families to educate them about their care and treatment options
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington
- Ambulatory care nursing experience
- Primary nursing or case-management experience
