The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of success in managing Front of the House operations, including supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction. A strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills, are essential for this role. Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create weekly schedules, training schedules, and monitor the performance of all Restaurant staff members.
- C coach/counsel staff on performance as needed.
- E nsure proper opening and closing procedures and followed and the restaurant is left in a ready-to-open condition.
- M aintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- A bility to communicate with guests and employees in a clear speaking voice, listen to and understand, respond with appropriate actions, and provide accurate information.
Requirements:
- Two - Five years of Restaurant Manager level, may have related experience and/or training;
- California Food Handlers card and ABC certification is required;
- A willingness to work mornings, days or evenings, weekends and holidays as required;
- Possess outstanding business and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to maintain high standards of quality and guest satisfaction;
- A bility to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff members, and customers;
