Job Summary:

Community Medical Center is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse on our Weekend Shift, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Rehabilitation Unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Montana.
  • One year of experience in rehabilitation nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
