Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and execute the company's financial planning process, including annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year projections.
  • Analysis: Build and maintain complex financial models, analyze customer data, and provide insights to inform business improvements.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to measure performance against key metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Reporting: Design and implement reporting tools and analytics to support business decision-making, and manage the deployment of new reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Treasury and Cash Management: Manage debt, interest, and cash forecasts, and oversee the company's treasury and cash management functions.

Requirements:

  • BS degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint applications.
  • Familiarity with FP&A and BI/analytics tools like Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Tableau, and Quicksight preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of process improvement and ability to change the status quo while maintaining trust of business partners.
  • Exceptional self-motivation, prioritization, initiative, and integrity.
  • Driven by intellectual curiosity with a continuous desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management and investors in a clear, concise manner.
