Job Summary

META is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Payroll Corporate FP&A team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for modeling and reporting payroll as part of financial planning and analysis. This role offers invaluable experience with visibility into META's business & operations and the opportunity to create impact within a growing Finance organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to close, forecast, budget, and long-range planning cycles, including enhancing META's corporate model and coordinating with stakeholders on assumptions & inputs.
  • Develop and implement long-term financial strategies for payroll management.
  • Create financial models and forecasts for payroll-related expenses.
  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results for all three financial statements, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables and analyzing and explaining trends & drivers.
  • Assist with management, Board business, and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests.
  • Serve as a key liaison and partner to cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, Accounting, IT, and other teams to drive scalable analyses and insights.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with financial statement analysis and a knowledge of corporate finance concepts.
  • Experience with building financial models in Excel.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Oracle, and Hyperion.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in accounting concepts and financial planning.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with senior leadership.
  • Experience working independently and navigating ambiguity.
  • Detail-oriented and experience multi-tasking and shifting priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA.
  • Consolidation experience in a large company.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end.
Compensation

$142,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
