Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Connection Center, a front door for families experiencing homelessness, providing access to resources and support services.
  • Lead a team of staff, volunteers, and workforce development trainees, providing supervision, training, and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies, ensuring households are connected to appropriate resources and receiving ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to addressing homelessness.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform program development, evaluate effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work, a strong background in case management, and experience working with diverse populations. They will be a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a passionate advocate for social justice.
