As a Housing Program Manager, you will be responsible for the administration of the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) and other specialized housing programs. You will work closely with our team to determine initial and continued client eligibility based on income, deductions, allowances, and family composition.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can compute housing assistance payments and family rental rates according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will be essential in processing annual recertification, interim changes, and moves, including obtaining current third-party verification of participant information.

As a Housing Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of caseloads for program applicants and participants, including data gathering and entry, to report participant information to HUD. You will also conduct individual and/or group meetings for new participants and existing clients, and maintain accurate applicant and participant records utilizing our required business systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of experience working with federal housing programs, financial eligibility determination, or other housing programs. You will also have one year of experience providing customer service to the general public and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
