The Business Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and introducing them to our suite of digital media and marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Townsquare's digital media and marketing solutions
  • Qualify leads and gather key information to determine potential fit and interest in our services
  • Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings
  • Set appointments and schedule meetings for our sales team to further discuss our solutions and offerings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales, campaign management, and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position Townsquare's services
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of selling digital marketing products (Search, Social, Programmatic) and achieving sales quota
  • Previous experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in a high-call-volume environment
  • Self-motivated and driven with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
  • BA/BS degree preferred
