Patient Care and Administrative Support Specialist

Description of Job Duties: As a Patient Care and Administrative Support Specialist at Merit Health Madison, you will be responsible for assisting physicians in providing direct patient care, delivering quality care, and supporting administrative tasks. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless patient care while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the healthcare team. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a high level of adaptability.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, offer excellent customer service, and collaborate with the physician and nursing staff. Additionally, you will manage office supplies, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient administrative processes.
Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience in direct patient care, and certification as a medical assistant. Experience in phlebotomy and laboratory testing/specimen preparation is an asset. Proficiency in PC skills is required.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum
