  • Liaise with doctors and administrators, keeping them informed of patient changes and needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including state and federal guidelines.
  • Record and maintain accurate reports and records, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and up-to-date.
  • Identify and respond to issues or emergencies, promoting best medical outcomes and ensuring the well-being of patients.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current License in the State in which you are working
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prior experience required, unless in our accepted Preceptor Program
  • Excellent leadership, documentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Compassionate with sound judgment, problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and reasoning
  • Proficient in technology and medical software systems
  • Ability to handle stress and work confirmed shifts
  • Ability to follow the nurse practice act, specific to the State in which you are working
