Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain high-performing sales teams to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Guest Services, including customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Manage store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and overheads, to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Collaborate with the district manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Ability to work in excess of 8 hours per day, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
