Compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, with availability for on-call duties 24/7.

- Previous security experience is essential.

- An active NC Security License is required.


Ideal candidates will have prior experience in roles such as security officer, security guard, or related safety and protection fields, including customer service positions.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Greet and acknowledge all residents and guests promptly and courteously.

Manage guest and visitor access as necessary, including the removal of trespassers or violators when required.

Verify the credentials of individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.

Maintain a log of visitors and inform residents of their guests' arrivals.

Assist in safeguarding individuals and property while enforcing company policies and procedures.

Monitor for suspicious behavior to help prevent vandalism, theft, or other criminal activities.

Oversee surveillance cameras and alarm systems.

Conduct perimeter patrols (both interior and exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.

Issue warnings for infractions such as loitering, smoking, or possession of prohibited items.

Respond to distress calls, alarms, and emergencies, including fires, injuries, or unauthorized individuals, by contacting local emergency services.

Identify and report any safety concerns, security breaches, or unusual circumstances promptly.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation (reports/documents).

Enforce all rules and regulations consistently.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid state licensing, if applicable.

Professional demeanor and appearance are essential.

Basic computer skills are necessary.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required.

A minimum of one year of security experience is necessary.

Must successfully pass pre-employment screening (background and drug tests).

This position may require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods.
