Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect any security breaches or suspicious activity.
  • Respond to alarms and emergencies, and contact local authorities as necessary.
  • Verify the credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals and vehicles.
  • Document and maintain a log of visitors and incidents.
  • Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
  • Patrol the perimeter to identify potential safety and security risks.
  • Warn violators of infractions and respond to calls of distress.
  • Identify and report any concerns or unusual circumstances in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Valid NC Security License.
  • Valid NC Driver's License.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
  • Minimum of one year of security experience.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
