  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
