Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our Body Shop team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely completion of repairs, and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a proper repair plan for each vehicle
  • Oversee production in the shop, ensuring timely completion of repairs
  • Communicate with body techs and insurance companies to ensure seamless communication
  • Ensure customer vehicles are kept clean and tidy to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Consult with management on new procedures and equipment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Positive attitude and customer service mentality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technology and procedures
