As part of our Growth and Market Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in formulating customer-focused go-to-market (GTM) strategies that adapt to evolving market conditions and drive sustainable growth.
Your future team is dedicated to continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities while optimizing our sales processes. This enables our GTM teams to enhance customer experiences and expand market share.
In this role, you will:
- Evaluate market opportunities using both qualitative and quantitative methods to develop revenue growth strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Drive the execution of GTM strategies, supporting profit and loss growth initiatives across various markets and customer segments.
- Foster innovative change designs that empower teams to maximize their potential.
We seek a highly skilled individual contributor with a proven track record in transforming ambiguous challenges into structured solutions, crafting global strategies, and leading initiatives that yield measurable economic benefits.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations executive team and other stakeholders to define critical strategies that shape the long-term direction of our business.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- 8+ years of experience in general management, corporate development, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business development.
- A strong history of delivering measurable business impact through actionable GTM strategies.
- Expertise in navigating financial metrics, business performance indicators, and pricing strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
