Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated Unarmed Security Guards to join our team at Marksman Security.

Compensation: $ p/hr
Availability: Weekend and holiday shifts are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in security or customer service roles and should be located in the surrounding areas.
Assistance with state training and licensing may be available for eligible individuals.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Unarmed Security Guards play a crucial role in deterring criminal activities, safeguarding property, and enforcing regulations on site. Responsibilities may include:
  • Monitoring surveillance systems and alarms from a designated location.
  • Conducting patrols and performing security checks across various areas.

In commercial settings, Security Guards ensure the safety of equipment and personnel while verifying the credentials of individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.


Available Positions:

Patrol Officer:

Conduct foot or vehicle patrols, identify suspicious activities, and prevent vandalism, theft, or other criminal acts.


Access Control Officer:

Welcome residents and visitors warmly, verify identification, log visitor vehicles, announce arrivals, and manage access to the property.


Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid state licensing, if necessary.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Experience with report writing is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and surveillance systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous security experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
