Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities to ensure quality pharmacy services.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from client facilities and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff to obtain information and resolve client facility issues.
- Audit medication and treatment carts to ensure compliance with survey preparation requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities.
- LPN New York License preferred.
- Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare procedures and ability to make quick decisions.
- Driven and motivated problem-solver with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
