Job Description

We are seeking a District Operations Manager to join our team in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operations of multiple restaurant locations within an assigned district, maintaining company standards, and utilizing company assets and resources to develop and grow field personnel.

The District Operations Manager will be directly responsible for the overall operation of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring efficient restaurant operations, and maintaining proper staffing. They will facilitate open communication with all reporting staff, provide resources and support, and take necessary corrective action. Additionally, they will provide Restaurant Leaders with monthly action plans, follow up to ensure proper execution, and analyze results for immediate action.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing and facilitating company promotions and activities throughout the assigned district, collaborating with the leadership team to define strategic company objectives, and contributing to the company's overall financial objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations of multiple restaurant locations within an assigned district
  • Maintain company standards and utilize company assets and resources to develop and grow field personnel
  • Facilitate open communication with all reporting staff and provide resources and support
  • Provide Restaurant Leaders with monthly action plans and follow up to ensure proper execution
  • Implement and facilitate company promotions and activities throughout the assigned district
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define strategic company objectives and contribute to the company's overall financial objectives and business goals
Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in restaurant operations and management, with experience in leading teams and driving results. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their teams. The successful candidate will also be a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, with a variable 50/55-hour work week. The hours for this position are semi-flexible, with normal working hours from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, one day off during the week, and one day off during the weekend. There is an expectation of a night-restaurant visit once per week. Travel between Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse, NY is required.
