Payroll Administrator

The QTI Group is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for managing weekly payroll processing for union and non-union employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax and government reports, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage employee benefits, including deductions, insurance, and enrollments.
- Track employee leave and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources, or related experience.
- 2+ years of experience processing payroll, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior job cost or construction experience is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
