Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Youth Development Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering our evolving monthly curriculum to children, while also educating parents on the benefits and implementation of our program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-energy coaching sessions to children aged 11 and under, focusing on brain, physical, and character development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing them with guidance on how to support their child's growth and development
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in youth development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services to support the growth and success of KidStrong CA

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with children in a coaching or educational setting
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • CPR certification
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
